This year for Easter we are trying a new tradition in our house. Every year on the night before Christmas we always leave cookies out for Santa, so I figured why not start leaving something special for the Easter Bunny the night before Easter. He works hard too, and deserves a little thank you. This year we are making Easter Bunny Salad to leave out for the Easter Bunny.
What You Will Need For Easter Bunny Salad:

- Celery
- Baby Carrots/ Regular Carrots
- Apples
- Pastel mini marshmallows
How To Make Easter Bunny Salad:
Easter Bunny Salad is super simple to make, and a fun activity for kids of all ages.
- First be sure to rinse all your fruits and veggies.
- Cut your celery into smaller sticks, and your carrots too, if you’re using regular sized carrots.
- Core and slice your apples.
- Mix everything together, and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
What Happened When We Made Easter Bunny Salad:

This is a great activity to get the kids excited about the Easter Bunny. In our house, we reuse our baskets every year, so we leave them out, kind of like stockings at Christmas. We also made enough Easter Bunny Salad to share. Granted the mini marshmallows were the first things to be eaten, but it is a pretty healthy treat.
